RPR-220 is a reflective photosensor. It's lightweight and compact. A built-in visible light filter minimizes theinfluence of stray light. A plastic lens is used for high sensitivity.

Can I use it in replacement SFH9201

With modification of circuit you can, it does not have any in-built resistor like SFH9201.
