Orange Pi PC is an open-source single-board computer. It can run Android 4.4, Ubuntu, Debian, Armbian, Raspbian Image, as well as the banana pi Image. It uses the AllWinner H3 SoC, and has 1GB DDR3 SDRAM. It has 40 GPIO pins, HDMI and 3.5mm Audio outputs, onboard microphone and IR receiver, a DC socket, a power button and 3 USB A ports as well as a micro usb OTG port,
The Orange Pi PC can be compared to the Raspberry Pi 3 B, with an exeption that it has no on-board wifi and bluetooth. But performance wise it's better than Raspberry Pi 3.
