This developement board is based on STM32F103C8T6, a 32-bit microcontroller based on ARM cortex-M3 architecture. By flashing the correct bootloader, it can be used as an Arduino board.

Analog-to-digital conversion: ADC (12-bit / 16-channel)
PWM: 16-bit/15 channel.
Timers: 3 general timers and 1 advanced timer
Debug Download: Support JTAG / SWD debug interface to download, support for IAP.

2) internal RTC clock.
3)On board 3.3V voltage regulator.
4)Boot0 and boot1 selection jumpers.
